About Us
AFJ Auto Parts & Wrecker is a licensed vehicle recycler based at 6 Neon Street, Sumner, QLD 4074, supplying used, new and aftermarket auto parts.
Website Use
- Vehicle listings, photos and descriptions are provided for general information and may change without notice as stock sells or is inspected further.
- Prices shown, where listed, are indicative and subject to confirmation at the time of enquiry.
- We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee the website is error-free at all times.
Enquiries and Quotes
Submitting a "Get a Quote" or "Sell Your Car" form does not create a binding contract. A sale or purchase is only confirmed once agreed in writing or in person, including price, part condition, and pickup/delivery arrangements.
Parts Sales
- Used parts are sold as inspected and described at the time of sale. Photos are indicative of typical stock condition.
- It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm fitment (via VIN, plate or part number) before purchase.
- Warranty terms for parts purchased from us are set out separately in our Warranty Terms.
Selling Your Vehicle to Us
Quotes for vehicles are provided based on the information and condition described by the seller. We reserve the right to adjust or withdraw a quote if the vehicle's actual condition differs materially from what was described upon inspection.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
